Email Signature Generator

Goal

To support consistent branding and streamline onboarding, Antioch University needed a tool that allowed all faculty and staff to easily generate their official email signatures. The goal was to create a simple, secure interface where users could enter their personal details, instantly see a branded signature with the Antioch logo, and quickly copy it into their email clients, while keeping access limited to authenticated users.

Result

I built a custom email signature generator protected by Single Sign-On (SSO), ensuring access is restricted to authorized faculty and staff. The tool captures user details through a form, then dynamically generates a properly branded signature, including the Antioch logo and formatting, immediately on the page. With a single click, users can copy their signature for quick setup. This tool has significantly improved consistency across campus communications and sped up employee onboarding.
