Irving Park United Methodist Church

Goal

The mission for the IPUMC website was to breathe new life into an outdated site by building a modern, fast, and maintainable platform. Leveraging Gatsby for performance and Contentful as a headless CMS, the goal was to provide the church with an easy-to-edit site that matched a custom template I already built, while offering unique functionality. Custom small group listings and form integration were essential, making it simple for staff to highlight gatherings and collect visitor information without developer involvement.

Result

The final site features a polished design built with Gatsby, backed by Contentful for streamlined content management. It brought a fresh, contemporary look to IPUMC. Custom small group integrations allow visitors to explore opportunities to connect, and flexible forms make communication easy. The result is a modern, fast-loading, SEO-friendly website that staff can update effortlessly, reviving the church’s online presence with both style and substance.
